- Audit work orders, technician logs, and material records to confirm billing accuracy.
- Attach all necessary documentation to invoices before submission.
- Monitor preventive maintenance timelines and ensure prompt billing upon completion.
- Collaborate with service managers and coordinators to address any billing issues.
- Respond to customer questions about invoices and provide supporting documents as needed.
- Keep billing records organized and assist with monthly financial closeouts.
- Support the collections team in resolving outstanding billing concerns.
