Car Driver

Description

To deliver a uniquely special experience to every customer, minus the red suit, you'll be a real-life Santa Claus daily.

You will accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork as well as take thorough notes in our customer tracking system.

Safe driving is crucial, and you must maintain a clean driving record according to the CMV Driver Qualification policy.

You'll also assist other team members with various tasks as necessary.

The job consists of driving a company-owned car to about 6-8 appointments daily at customer homes. You will then greet the customer, review the car they are selling, and have them fill out paperwork on an iPad. Then, you will set up the tow to pick up the car from their home. You will then drive to the next appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers at their homes and conduct business transactions.
• Accurately complete customer paperwork and maintain records.
• Ensure safe driving practices and maintain a clean driving record.
• Assist other team members with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Customer service oriented.
• Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate customer offerings clearly.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Work Environment:
This is a fully onsite position.
