- Individual contributor to develop and implement a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales objectives in acquiring new accounts within the federal government technology secto r
- Identify leads for new business opportunities; develop and execute capture strategy increasing P-Win to secure identified opportunitie s
- Maintain existing while developing new relationships with key stake holders and decision makers with government clients and industry partner s
- Monitor government acquisition notices and conduct market research to identify those that align with company capabilities and goal s
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate accounts and expand busines s
- Responsible for delivering internal presentations to senior leadership for identified opportunitie s
- Identify growth opportunities by thoroughly understanding the needs of the business through active communication with the clien t
- Responsible for successfully identifying client needs, and collaborate with proposal team to translate requirement s
- Work with the proposal team to identify and contribute to content leading to submissions of RFIs and RFP s
- Prepare and deliver compelling capability presentations and technical proposals to prospective client s
- Attend conferences, events, and other networking meetings with relevant stakeholders to mature sales and Capture P-wi n

- 7-10 years' experience in aggressive Business Development and Sales; identifying and maintaining client relationships with various agencies within the Federal Governmen t
- Experience in proposal writing to include development of Win Themes and Discriminators; leveraging the business development lifecycl e
- 7 years' experience selling IT Services to the federal governmen t
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, or related field, or related experience in lieu of degre e
- Agency knowledge and active relationships in any of these agencies{{:}} DOL, IRS, NOAA, FDA, Department of Transportation, DHS, HHS, DOD, USDA, Department of Commerce, e t
