We’re seeking a skilled professional with:
- 2 years managing Quality Control, preferably in GMP life sciences
- Hands on laboratory experience
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams
Salary: 85K-100K
Schedule: M-F Normal Business hours
Location: Onsite-near NW San Antonio
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QC staff and daily lab operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP).
- Plan and coordinate testing to support production schedules.
- Address and resolve quality issues, including non-conformances and deviations.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain audit readiness and quality documentation.
- Oversee method validations and stability programs.
- Communicate priorities across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Support lab equipment procurement, qualification, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, or related field).
- 2 years of QC Supervisory/Managerial experience
- GMP experience (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences)
- ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 21 CFR knowledge
