Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and safety-minded General Laborer to assist in daily operations at our electroplating manufacturing facility. This position supports various departments with essential tasks that help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform chemical additions for wastewater treatment systems under supervision.

· Change and clean filters used in chemical and mechanical systems.

· Assist with general clean-up and housekeeping throughout the facility, including production, chemical storage, and maintenance areas.

· Operate light machinery and equipment as needed.

· Support maintenance personnel with basic mechanical tasks such as moving tools, holding parts, or helping with small repairs.

· Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Perform other general labor tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Prior experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or chemical-handling environment is a plus but not required.

· Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying conditions (heat, fumes, wet floors).

· Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Work Environment:
Work is performed in an industrial facility with exposure to machinery, chemicals, and environmental hazards. Safety training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
