- Required:
o College Degree/Professional License (RN)
o Willingness to travel
Job Description: To participate in vaccination clinics in long term care facilities.

- Organize and manage vaccinations in our long-term care facilities
- Oversee MIIC and VAR requirements

Physical Requirements and Work Demands:
- Requires the ability to work up to 40 hours per week and occasionally more
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule including early morning, evening and weekend hours
- In a typical 8-hour day, the candidate can lift or carry items up to approximately 25 pounds and stand approximately 8 hours
- In a typical day, the candidate can spend 2-4 hours on the telephone
