**Role Overview**
The Program Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of various programs within our organization. While adhering to all regulatory requirements and best practices. They must have a passion for providing quality care and support to individuals in need.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide long term program leadership in program design, curriculum design, staff recruitment, operational infrastructure, program assessment, impact, and evaluation.
- Identify the gaps in programming and provide innovative solutions to move the mission forward.
- Design, direct, write and schedule advance advocacy initiatives and program curriculum.
- Supervise, evaluate, and guide the development of program staff.
- Performs audits and provides recommendations to meet compliance standards.
- Ensures that all contract policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Progressive managerial experience with increasing roles and responsibilities in supervision, program management, implementation, and evaluation.
- Reviews and evaluates comprehensive assessments, progress notes, service plans reviews, and discharge plans for quality and compliance.
- Ensures living arrangements are safe.
- Facilitates High Risk and Group Supervisions. Participates and collaborates in Case Conferences with external sources.
- Collaborates with other groups (Facilities, Clinics, Central Intake, etc.) for program needs.
- Provides program oversight, ensuring regulatory/agency compliance with staff completion of training.
- Participates in administrative meetings and other on/off site meetings as scheduled.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, attending relevant workshops, conferences, and training sessions to continually improve the quality of care provided.
- Supervision of Residential Support Staff, House Managers, and Case Managers
- Other duties as assigned.
**Education, Knowledge, Skills and/or Work Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a social service or related field with 5 years or more experience in fields that demonstrate supervisory and case management expertise., working with vulnerable youth and their families.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with clients with mental health and substance abuse history.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Able to deal with difficult clients or customers with a solution focused mentality.
- Clear focus on customer satisfaction.
