AT&F Wisconsin is looking to expand their skill base in Press Brake Operation. This established growing steel fabricator seeks an experienced Press Brake Operator to take on this challenge. This individual will play a critical role in AT&F achieving its strategic initiatives.
SUMMARY
The Press Brake Operator for AT&F Wisconsin is responsible for safely producing quality parts in a timely manner. This person is tasked with the layout, setup, forming, and in-process inspection.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operation of a Press Brake to form steel components for application in heavy industrial, energy, and defense industries.
- Understand and interpret blue prints and technical drawings.
- Operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment
- Conduct dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements
- Adhere to lean manufacturing initiatives, work instructions, quality requirements, and safety programs.
- Maintain proper operator level preventive maintenance to ensure continuous machine operation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- General duties as needed
EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS
- High School Diploma
- Experience on CNC press brakes
- Overhead crane and tow motor experience preferred
- Experience within the manufacturing industry preferred
