What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Assistant / Quality Control position at ATA Services?
ATA Services' Corporate office is currently looking for an Operations Assistant/Quality Control Analyst.
Hours: Flexible part time in office M-F 8-6 (we will work with you to build the schedule that works best within these parameters)
Responsibilities:
- Review Field Technician service to the ensure accuracy.
- Review Field Technician ATM survey photographs
- Review Field Technician data entry for accuracy
- Inventory control
- Shipping/Receiving
- Data Recovery and Data Entry
- Adapt surveys for operational efficiency
- Audit technician basic expenses
- Administrative and operational projects as assigned by ATA Team
- Building training materials
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry Level - Expert (will train)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to prioritize.
- Problem solving
- Analytical skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
- Team player with ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic iPhone and computer skills (Our mobile app is used for data gathering)
- Moderate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 25lbs.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
