Athenian Higher Education Services LLC in Columbia, SC is looking for a Food Expeditor to join our 36 person strong team. We are located on 700 Lincoln St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. This position requires the flexibility of working 40 hours with weekly overtime.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all food orders have been properly prepared
- Finalize presentation of food as needed
- Delivering orders to maintain constant service
- Ensure that plates move from kitchen to table in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Proven 2yrs experience as an expeditor
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age
