Department: Athens Technical College’s Institute for Online Training and Instructional Systems (IOTIS)
Reports to: IOTIS Project Director
Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with education and experience. State of Georgia benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- A variety of administrative and technical support functions that support web-based instruction.
- Assisting E-Learning Specialists with instructing, monitoring, and interacting with DFCS online students and supervisors.
- Answering help desk questions by phone, LiveChat and email.
- Assisting in quality control for online training courses, including updating and improving training materials and ensuring accuracy of online policy materials.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Salary : $31,700 - $40,200
