What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sport Performance Training position at Athletic Republic?
The Sport Performance Trainer will be responsible for training athletes through the Athetic Republic sports performance training system. The trainer must have experience in training youth, teen collage and / or adult athletes, a basic understanding of human physiology, and the energy/ passion to motivate a group of athletes as they train to improve their speed, power, agility and stamina. This is a part time position from 4:00pm to 9:00pm Monday-Friday and 8:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Trainers during training sessions
- Help with testing and data collection
- When proficient, take athletes through warm ups, speed, and strength sessions
