General Maintenance Worker

ATI has a current need for a full-time General Maintenance Worker. ATI is seeking highly motivated, qualified, and experienced General Maintenance Worker for a facility located in Annapolis, Maryland. Duties require practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Performing general maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical repairs;
- Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems to identify issues;
- Conducting routine maintenance on building systems;
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests;
- Keeping accurate maintenance records; and
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance;
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs;
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff and vendors;
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Current SECRET clearance or a CLEAN background history to acquire such a clearance in a timely manner; and
- Experience at a Government facility is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hour depending on role, experience, and benefits selected
Location: Annapolis, MD
Working Hours: Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
