Position: Senior Roadway/Highway Project Manager Location: Orlando, FL
Role Overview: We seek an energetic, motivated self-starter to join our FL team. You will manage and assist in engineering projects, ensuring design intent through drawings and specifications, and oversee investigation, planning, and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop plans and drawings.
- Conduct engineering investigations and planning.
- Provide engineering services during construction.
- Research alternative design approaches and regulatory specifications.
- Develop specifications, permit applications, and reports.
- Prepare cost and material estimates.
- Participate in quality control checks.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and perform field observations.
- B.S./M.S. in Civil Engineering.
- 15 years of relevant experience.
- PE License required.
- Proficiency in CAD and design software (MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer; AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Experience with complex roadway projects and FDOT.
