Position Summary: The Operations Customer Coordinator provides experienced oversight and detailed monitoring for facility operations concerning safety, security, communications, customer satisfaction, amenities, and functionality within AATC assigned operational areas.
The Customer Operations Specialist serves a vital role in identifying and resolving concerns impacting the overall experience and functionality of Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.
Responsibilities:
• Continuously review the performance of custodial partners to ensure that services rendered meet contract specifications.
• Support continuous process improvement by studying processes and procedures to identify causes for non-compliance, communicating findings and ensuring corrective action.
• Perform assigned Interior and Exterior Preventative Maintenance checks for Elevators, Paging Systems, Stairwells, Spine equipment, lighting inspections and Parking lot inspections. Perform Facility inspections utilizing (TRAX) Systems.
• During winter operations operate the airport’s drainage and collection system to collect spent glycol from aircraft defrosting and deicing operations. Manage employee Lot 2 audits, preventative maintenance, and irregular operations.
• Respond with urgency to general emergencies such as Power /Water shutdowns and or Outages, Train Delays, plumbing issues such as clogs and/or floods and severe weather concerns that affect the operation. Respond to Emergency calls (Fire alarms, Injury calls / Accidents etc.)
• Create consistent communication via email, daily briefings/shift reports concerning operations. Respond to internal/external customer requests through coordination with custodial and maintenance services. Identify discrepancies and enter in the (Hexagon) work order system.
• Support company objectives and goals in relation to safety, quality, cost, and timely delivery of services. Properly communicate and document incidents that occur in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular contact and build solid work relationships with customers, tenants, contractors, and AATC Staff to ensure the highest level of customer service.
