What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Atlantic Bingo Supply LLC?
Atlantic Bingo Supply is a leader in the multi-billion dollar charitable gaming industry. We distribute a wide array of products including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink, etc.) as well as state-of-the-art, electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and gaming venues.
Position Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will Install POS systems, maintain and service electronic bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, resolve technical issues, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.
- Install, train and support POS Systems.
- Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
- Customer service.
- Assisting in tech sales as needed.
Requirements, Experience and Education
- High school diploma / GED equivalent.
- Basic electronics, audio visual and PC knowledge.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.
- Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.
- A company vehicle is provided. A good driving record must be maintained.
- Be safety oriented.
