Job Title: Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Developer
What you will bring:
The Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint environments, creating custom business applications using Power Platform, and automating workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft RPA. The role requires a technically skilled problem-solver with a strong understanding of cloud and hybrid solutions.
Essential Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to meet business requirements.
- Create custom Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes and enhance user experience
- Develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Develop and maintain web applications using M365, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications and workflows, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes.
- Deploy and configure applications in AWS, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, workflows, and development process-es.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and efficient back-end systems.
- Ensure applications are secure, robust, and maintainable.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Assist the CTO in maintaining and updating policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating routine communications and updates for stakeholders.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
- Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Microsoft and Cloud Certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of three years as a full-stack developer working in hybrid, on-premises, and cloud-based environments. Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft 365 tools, Salesforce, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 ser-vices; Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell; Understanding of database management and SQL; knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Azure and AWS; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong technical background and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
