Overview:
A growing investment management firm is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle and help scale the HR function. This is a newly created role offering broad exposure, high visibility, and the chance to work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment and is looking for a platform to grow within HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding and offboarding logistics across domestic and select international offices
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs, including annual renewals and compliance
- Act as a trusted HR contact, handling employee inquiries with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain and update personnel records, HR systems, and internal documentation
- Support performance review cycles, talent development initiatives, and policy enhancements
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Compliance on HR-related matters
- Assist in improving and standardizing HR processes globally
Candidate Profile:
- 4-7 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate setting
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employment law, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree required; HR certification a plus
