Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for investor communications, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and ongoing inquiries
- Lead the creation and distribution of client-facing materials such as quarterly reports, investor presentations, and marketing collateral
- Manage the firm's investor CRM system: input notes, track engagement, maintain contact records, and oversee pipeline activity
- Coordinate responses to due diligence requests, RFPs, and ad hoc investor inquiries in collaboration with investment and operations teams
- Assist in organizing investor events, roadshows, and conference participation
- Support social media and website updates related to investor-facing content
- Ensure all outreach and materials comply with firm policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, marketing, or client service within financial services
- Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills
