Job Overview - Senior Associate:
Join our client as a Senior Associate at a dynamic investment firm in Philadelphia, PA. Play a crucial role in deal sourcing, underwriting, and asset management, working closely with senior leaders on investment memos, market research, and special projects, with excellent growth opportunities.
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000/year bonus
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Responsibilities as the Senior Associate:
- Investment Analysis: Conduct underwriting, market analyses, and financial modeling for acquisitions and dispositions.
- Oversight: Manage physical, financial, legal, and operational due diligence processes for transactions.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed investment memoranda for committee review and assist with meeting documentation.
- Monitoring: Maintain valuation models, track investment performance, and coordinate asset management tasks.
- Strategy: Identify target markets for investments and create fundraising and reporting presentations.
Qualifications for the Senior Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or Economics required.
- Experience: 4 years in Real Estate Investment or Finance required.
- Technical Skills: Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with strong Excel proficiency and knowledge of complex financial structures.
- Skills: Effective communicator with strong organization and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
