The hospital operates with a predictable, flexible schedule between 3 and 4 days per week, no weekends or no on-call, placing an emphasis on work–life balance and a sustainable pace of practice.

About you:
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Washington State
- Excellent communicator with a positive, team-focused mindset

- Bring (or hope to develop) a clinical interest or specialty area
