At this established, well-respected hospital, you’ll practice alongside a diverse team of doctors with expertise in areas such as oncology, ultrasound, and endoscopy. The facility is fully equipped with advanced technology, including ultrasound and endoscopy machines, cutting-edge surgical tools, and frequent access to surgical specialists. All radiographs are reviewed by a board-certified radiologist, ensuring you can focus on quality care rather than logistics.

The hospital culture emphasizes education and teamwork. It partners with the University of Florida for a veterinary clerkship program and hosts students regularly, making it an ideal place for lifelong learners or those interested in mentorship. Technicians are highly leveraged, handling anesthesia, venipuncture, catheterizations, and more, so you can focus on practicing medicine at the top of your license.

You’ll enjoy a flexible 3–4 day workweek tailored to your needs, with a schedule that can accommodate your preferred mix of appointments and procedures. Weekend duties are minimal and set to decrease even further.

About You

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Florida
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, progressive medicine
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Enjoys mentoring (or learning from) colleagues and students
• Interested in a dynamic caseload and ongoing professional growth

• Base salary $125,000–$150,000
