ATLAS REHAB & WELLNESS, an outpatient physical, occupational, speech and aquatic therapy provider is seeking an Office Assistant to work full-time at our clinic in Youngstown, Ohio with compensation up to $15/hour based on experience and skills. This is a great opportunity to work in setting where you can make a difference by supporting our wonderful patients and our friendly staff. Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
- Greet patients
- Schedule patients
- Assist with insurance verification
- Verify timesheets
- Run reports for auditing
- Filing
- Contacting patients
- Communication with referral sources and contracts.
