Job Summary
- 100% Work-from-home telecommuting position at $13.50/hour with additional incentives

Responsibilities include
- Handle outbound and inbound calls
- Interact with medical offices, healthcare providers and office administrators
- Read script and verify affiliated Provider Data
- Perform data entry to update Provider Data
- Maintain confidentiality
- Follow-up calls where necessary
- Identify and escalate any issues
