Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in San Diego, CA. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. The representative will address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and assist in the resolution of any issues that may arise.
This is an on site role - between our office in Mission Valley and events in the San Diego city limits.
Qualifications

- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
