PRIMARY FUNCTION
A Polished Concrete Tech will work in residential and commercial locations helping to install various flooring systems on concrete surfaces. Looking for a detailed oriented person that is self-motivated, dependable, and looking for advancement. While experience and a proven track record are important in any profession, we operate on the premise that anyone can be trained in a particular skill set or trade.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loading and unloading the work trailer.
- Maintain a clean safe jobsite.
- Prepping work areas.
- Removal of existing flooring.
- Grinding Concrete with special machinery.
- Pouring self-level / Concrete
- Polishing the concrete with industrial buffers.

Requirements
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
DESIRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Construction experience
- Epoxy and Industrial Coatings experience
- Acid Stain, Dyes and Polished Concrete experience
- Ability to life a minimum of 50 pounds
- In-depth training on all processes and applications
