Job Description

Attollo is seeking to hire an experienced Facilities Manager who would perform facilities upkeep, equipment maintenance, and cleanroom lab maintenance. They would oversee the process of building a cleanroom and all the support facilities required for it.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee general facility operations
• Oversee installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of wafer fabrication equipment
• Oversee overall Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) of the facility(s)
• Manage and perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on all key pieces of equipment including but not limited to (cleanroom, ESD workstations, Machine Shop, etcetera)
• Oversee and manage consumable and non-consumable supplies for labs and cleanroom
• Coordinate service vendors required for equipment repair and maintenance, consumable gases, HVAC, etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of facilities management

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with working in a cleanroom environment
• Familiarity working with various gases (LN2, Helium, etc)
• Familiarity with machine shop equipment, HVAC, electrical power requirements
• Ability to create process and procedures
• Attention to detail with a focus on facility safety and areas of improvement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Can work with undefined requirements to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
