Clinical Supervisor – RNDepartment: Care Transitions / Recuperative CareLocation: Sacramento, CASchedule: Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (shift flexibility as needed)FLSA Status: ExemptSalaryt: $122,300 Position SummaryThe Clinical Supervisor – RN provides clinical leadership and operational oversight within a high-acuity Recuperative Care (Medical Respite) setting. This role supports and supervises nursing and support staff, ensuring safe, compliant, and client-centered care for individuals experiencing homelessness and complex medical, behavioral health, and substance use conditions.The Supervisor oversees nursing operations, medication management workflows, staff development, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance while fostering a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative culture.
