The Vascular Access Registered Nurse inserts PICCs, Midlines, and Ultrasound Guided IV's with difficult IV access. Provides clinical support to all providers, the clinical staff and patients. Collaborates with health team members in coordinating and implementing procedures.

- Shift: Variable 5x8's (Would consider 3x12)

- Duration: 13 Week
Duties
- Perform standard nursing assessment on all patients requiring vascular access
- Consult, assessment, and insertion of vascular access devices
- Collaborative team approach
- Participate in training staff
- Works independently
- Utilizes the nursing process for the care of patients
- VAT consults
- Assess the need for IV assessment, products and procedures
Requirements
- Valid nursing license in the state of New York
- 1 year experience vascular access required
- Active BLS from AHA
- COVID Vaccinated
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per week
