Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and preparing detailed sales proposals.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team.
- Assist in clearing finance stipulations to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain our customer database accurately.
- Provide support in managing client accounts and ensuring all client needs are met.
- Support the sales team and sales management with various administrative and operational tasks.
- Display flexibility and a willingness to adapt quickly in a growing and evolving industry.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other data entry software.
- Proficiency in sales support functions including account management and customer service.
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for communicating with a diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
