Litigation Associate Attorney

Aubrey Thrasher, LLC is a national collections and creditors' rights law firm. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Aubrey Thrasher represents banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, equipment finance companies and other financial institutions in the collection of commercial and consumer debt. Aubrey Thrasher's attorneys file litigation and post-judgment actions directly in ten (10) states and nationally through a network of law firms.

The firm seeks a Georgia licensed attorney to support its litigation practice in our office in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications:

· 0-3 years of litigation

· Georgia bar license. Licenses in additional states a plus

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

· Appear in court, both in person and virtually as necessary, in commercial and consumer collections cases

· Communicate with clients on case status and strategy

· Work with an experienced team of non-attorneys who support the litigation practice

· Collaborate with other attorneys and team leads firm-wide on case management, policies and procedures, and business development

Location:

· Atlanta, GA (Buckhead)

Salary:

· $125,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience
