Job Description - Service Technician:
The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
Responsibilities - Service Technician:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements - Service Technician:
- Strong automotive service tech background
- Audi experience not required
- Strong teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.
