Position Summary: We are seeking a driven and client-focused Sales Representative / Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and support the continued growth of our brand. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, a consultative (non-transactional) sales approach, and the ability to guide prospects through a complex sales process. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in home technology residential sales and a strong familiarity with working alongside architects, builders, and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Prepare detailed scopes of work and proposals in accordance with ACS standards.
· Review awarded projects with the assigned ACS Project Manager to ensure alignment.
· Attend meetings with clients and their representatives, including architects, designers, and builders.
· Conduct site visits to ensure sales commitments are aligned with project delivery.
· Serve as the client’s main point of contact for all design-related sales concerns.
· Support billing and payment collection efforts in coordination with project management.
· Assist in final project walk-throughs and client tutorials to ensure a high-quality closeout.
· Maintain a focus on client satisfaction to encourage future referrals and repeat business.
· Report to the Director of Sales and follow established company processes and protocols.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in home technology, luxury construction, or design-related industries.
· Direct experience with AV systems, lighting control, shading solutions, and smart home integration is required.
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, designers, or luxury homeowners.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
