The Staff Product Manager at AudioEye will be at the forefront of digital inclusion, shaping the future of web accessibility. This role will contribute to our industry-leading digital accessibility platform and expert service delivery. The Staff Product Manager work will directly impact millions of users as you drive product innovations that break down barriers to create a more inclusive digital world.


You'll create and execute strategic roadmaps, translating complex accessibility challenges into innovative, user-friendly solutions. This role will work with peers in leadership, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to understand the business, the needs of our customers, and the accessibility community and keep AudioEye at the forefront of innovation in the digital accessibility space.

How you’ll Contribute:

  • Build a deep understanding of our customers and prospects by leveraging sales and marketing information, user research, user analytics, operational and business metrics, and other data sources
  • Assist in primary research activities with customers and prospects. Leverage research data, market analysis, user feedback, or other objective information sources to support product direction
  • Develop product vision and roadmap for your problem areas - aligning them to market opportunities, user needs, and business goals
  • Identify and drive efforts to capture new business opportunities which align with AudioEye’s strategic direction
  • Partner closely with cross-functional departments to turn conceptual ideas into product enhancements that demonstrably impact the business
  • Drive alignment with stakeholders by gathering information and rationalizing the trade-offs of various approaches


Who you are:

  • 6 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably at a SaaS company with a B2B focus
  • Demonstrated success in proposing and launching products with measurable business impact
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Business and technical acumen - can articulate how your product areas impact the business and technically understand how they work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - writing samples may be requested
  • Bonus: An advocate for accessibility and/or have knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and digital accessibility best practices
  • Bonus: A background in business management, software development, or similar fields
