- Present and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits clearly to clients.
- Guide customers through the insurance application and approval process.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and company offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Belleville, IL.
- P&C license preferred
- Competitive salary range of $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
