Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all financial operations comply with regulations, standards, and internal policies, while maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to ensure alignment with financial regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and audit financial transactions for adherence to relevant laws (e.g., AML, KYC, FATCA).
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory agencies.
• Stay up-to-date on evolving regulations and communicate necessary updates across departments.
• Investigate compliance violations and develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews.
• Train and educate staff on compliance-related matters and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field (Master’s or certification in compliance preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial compliance or a related role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards (AML, KYC, etc.).
• Strong analytical and auditing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation

• Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience.
