Job Summary
Position supports the Vice President of Professional Services and the Vice President of Business by performing administrative, secretarial, and office staff duties with considerable latitude for exercising sound judgment and discretion. This position will work from the reception desk in the administration suite to greet and manage issues of guests who come to visit our senior leadership team.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Skill Requirements
Extremely neat in appearance with a personable, tactful, and courteous manner in dealing with a wide variety of people.
Position involves planning, judgment, and rapid adjustment to the unexpected.
