Job Description: Are you a compassionate and experienced RN looking for flexible work opportunities? Join our team at a Long Term Care facility in Longmont, CO. We offer per diem or block booking shifts, allowing you to earn up to $46 per hour based on your experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient conditions and vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
