Childcare Worker - Austin Baptist Church
Job Description:
We are looking for candidates to:
- Provide a safe, and nurturing environment for children.
- Manage children's schedules for diaper changes/toileting, feedings, naps, etc.
- Maintain a clean & safe environment
- Engage with children in ways that promote development (fine motor, gross motor, reading, songs, etc.)
- Use positive discipline and reinforcement to promote appropriate behaviors.
Schedule is flexible based on availability, but most shifts are needed on Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and/or Friday mornings
Desired Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience (Will Train)
- Age Groups: Infant, Toddle, Preschool
- High school degree
- Must be able to lift 20-40 pounds.
- Must be able to bend down to pick up toys, play with children, etc.
Additional Information:
- Compensation: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
