Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician at AMRES. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, conducting on-site troubleshooting, and performing field service visits to address client needs. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely repairs, and adhering to safety and operational standards while working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues
- Proficiency in Field Service operations, including installation and servicing
- Dedicated to providing exceptional Customer Service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Additional qualifications: technical certification or training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus
- Capability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as required
