Authentic Growth Counseling is a boutique private practice rooted in cultural humility, systems thinking, and relational healing. We are a growing practice looking for clinicians, including registered interns, who want to be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where their work is valued and their growth is prioritized.

This is a space for therapists who care deeply about their clients and about becoming the best version of themselves as clinicians.

Authentic Growth Counseling was founded on the belief that therapy must be culturally responsive, socially aware, and deeply human. We are committed to serving diverse communities with integrity, curiosity, and respect—while also creating a workplace where therapists feel supported, appreciated, and empowered to grow.

We believe healing happens in relationships, and that includes the relationship between clinicians and the practice they work within.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking:

• Fully licensed clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC), and/or
• Registered interns/associates who are actively working toward licensure

Ideal candidates:

• Value cultural inclusivity, diversity, and social justice
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Are open to learning, feedback, and professional growth
• Want to grow with a practice, not just work for one
• Appreciate collaboration, supervision, and ethical practice
• Are warm, reflective, and client-centered in their approach

About the Founder

Authentic Growth Counseling is led by Yesenia Delgado, LMFT, a licensed marriage and family therapist with a strong background in systemic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. As a first-generation Latina therapist, Yesenia is deeply passionate about creating inclusive therapeutic spaces and mentoring the next generation of clinicians.

Her leadership style emphasizes authenticity, accountability, and compassion—both for clients and for the therapists who serve them.
