Job SummaryThe Lead Restoration Technician is responsible to work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes. This role works closely with our team members to perform a variety of tasks such as removing and demolishing materials that cannot be restored, extracting standing water, and cleaning up affected materials and areas at job sites. Responsible for executing job action plans, manipulating contents, working in confined spaces, and utilizing power tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
Extract standing water if needed
Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris
Assisting Project Forman with job site production
Maintaining job site safety
Execute job action plan for restoration production
Contents manipulation
Working in confined spaces including heights
Utilization of power tools
Assist with warehouse duties
Utilize truck mounted Extractor efficiently
Identify and place drying equipment
Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors
Required Qualifications
Must have Valid Drivers' License
Must pass background check
Must have reliable transportation to Main office
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
Working in a team environment
Working in tight or confined spaces
Physical Requirements
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Ability to work outdoors, in extreme temperatures, wet/humid environments, and/or with vibration
Working with mechanical and chemical hazards and conditions including fumes, odors, dusts, gases, and/or poor ventilation
Ability to climb, talk, crouch, stand, balance, reach, grasp, pull, lift, see, hear, and operate tools and vehicles
Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
