The Successful Candidate Will:

• Prospect hospitality locations with a need for our service within an assigned territory.
• Execute all prospecting activities that are apart of the company sales system.
• Utilize the internal CRM to record market data and move prospects through the pipeline to acquisition process.
• Become an expert within the assigned territory and work with management to create strategies to increase market share.
• Develop cross industry network partners to increase market potential and bring potential new market segments to the business.
• Develop extensive product, service, and industry knowledge.
• Successfully develop the skillsets and knowledge needed to advance into an Outside Sales Representative role at an Auto-Chlor location.
• Prepare for and attend weekly sales meetings.

Requirements:

• High school or GED equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in business related field preferred.
• Have a valid drivers license and safely drive a company car.
• Have strong skills in interpersonal relationship building, particularly in convey ideas/solutions to others for adoption.
• Have strong organization and planning skills.
• Be able to work independently and persevere through rejection.
  
• Be able to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment.

• Be able to give in person face-to-face presentations for potential customers.
