Are you passionate about helping customers make confident purchasing decisions—without the pressure of a traditional showroom? AutoLenders is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Virtual Buyer to join our growing digital sales team.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for online shoppers, guiding customers through the vehicle-buying process from their first click to their in-store or delivery experience. You’ll work exclusively with inbound internet leads, providing clear, transparent information on pricing, availability, financing options, and next steps—all through phone, text, email, and online tools.
No automotive experience? No problem. We provide a comprehensive training program to help you succeed. If you have experience in customer service, hospitality, call centers, or inside sales, you’ll feel right at home in this fast-paced, tech-driven role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted virtual guide for online car shoppers, responding promptly to internet leads via phone, text, and email
- Provide accurate vehicle details, pricing, availability, and financing information to support informed buying decisions
- Build rapport with customers remotely and deliver a seamless, pressure-free digital buying experience
- Convert online inquiries into confirmed appointments, purchases, or delivery-ready customers
- Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure a smooth transition from online engagement to final sale
- Deliver knowledgeable, customer-first virtual presentations that enhance confidence and satisfaction
