Position Overview
ASI is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Manager to oversee small to mid-sized construction and renovation projects for our life-sciences clientele. This role involves managing laboratory renovations, office upgrades, and utility improvements, including purified water systems, HVAC, nitrogen distribution, and other essential utilities. Project budgets typically range from $500,000 to $2,000,000. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Leadership :
- Supervise and work directly with trade professionals, including fitters, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, riggers, and others.
- Provide day-to-day direction, ensuring tasks are performed safely and meet the client’s standards.
