Hospital Hospitality Aid

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Hospital Hospitality Aid located in Huntsville, AL. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with meal delivery and set-up, ensuring patients receive their meals in a timely manner while also addressing any dietary needs or concerns.

Pay Rate

1 4 .00 per hour

2.50 per hour shift premium based on hours worked ($16.50 per hr )

Hospital Hospitality Aid Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver meals to patients in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to dietary requirements.
Assist in the preparation of trays to confirm meal selections and address any special dietary requests or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meal preparation and delivery areas.
Record meal delivery and patient preferences accurately.
Identifies each patient by asking name and date of birth before serving food.
Greets each patient according to customer service standards and offers individualized assistance with meal tray, receiving no complaints from patients or staff.

Hospital Hospitality Aid Qualifications and Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to follow dietary guidelines.

Organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Compassionate and patient focused.

Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist in meal delivery tasks.
