WELDER HELPER
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Welder Helper a Steel Manufacturer in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, you will MIG weld structural steel, material handling, and various warehouse duties. The ideal applicant will have previous construction experience and some welding.Position is full time temporary to hire. Pay Rate
15.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience Schedule and Hours
6 : 00am – 4 : 30pm Monday through Friday Welder Helper Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in welding or fabricating parts
- Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
- Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
- Proficiency with tools and equipment related to fabricating metal (including, but not limited to welding machines, grinders, plasma cutters, cutting torches)
- Cleaning around the warehouse Welder Helper Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous construction experience required
- Some welding experience required
- Drug Screens and background checks are required
- Lift 50lbs throughout workday (in office assessment will be conducted) Benefits
