The Opportunity:
This isn’t a desk-bound coding job. We’re looking for smart, tech-minded problem solvers who understand software and want to apply it in the physical world. As a Software Engineer transitioning into Industrial Field Engineer, you’ll be trained in our field, helping develop, commission, and support automated systems at customer sites. You'll work directly with hardware, controls, and software tools to bring systems online and keep them running smoothly.
We’re looking for people who:
- Think critically and solve problems creatively
- Are comfortable with technology, logic, and data
- Want to work hands-on in real-world environments
- Are interested in AI, automation, and modern engineering tools
What You'll Do:
- Develop and deploy control system software (PLCs, HMIs, networks)
- Commission systems on-site with testing and troubleshooting
- Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software teams
- Communicate directly with customers and end users
- Develop and improve internal tools and procedures to advance company-wide automation and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent grads or early-career professionals in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Programming skills (Python, C, ladder logic, or similar)
- Interest in automation, robotics, or industrial systems
- Self-motivated, solutions-driven, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as needed (project-driven travel requirements, can be extensive)
