Job Description
This role is responsible for leading and growing the Field Service operations overseeing all branches for profitability within the framework of the stated corporate values and mission while protecting the corporate culture and improving overall customer experience. Looking for someone with demonstrated field service leadership experience across multiple locations and a high volume of calls. Experience with leading a centralized dispatch companywide and managing Service Coordinators and Field Service Technicians for all locations using ServiceTitan.
Develop & maintain staffing levels to allow typical service call response time to not more than 48 hours across all facilities.
Identify & implement operational improvements to generate a targeted gross profit in the Field Service segment.
Develop / Maintain / Grow an incentive pay plan for Field Service Technicians and Service Coordinators that rewards excellent work, while improving productivity and profitability.
Develop and Maintain a CSI framework to provide ongoing customer feedback.
Develop and implement a field service tech training schedule to improve time it takes to develop a competent technician.
Develop KPI’s that track and establish progress to stated goals for Field Service.
Grow Field Service Department through training and development of staff, acquisition of skilled field service technicians, increase calls per tech per day, development of Service Coordinators while meeting or exceeding stated profitability goals.
Lead the daily functioning of the service department including:

- Provide leadership, development, and direction to Service Coordinators, communicate Staffing needs.
- Plan and Direct Service Department on Customer Satisfaction and Growth.
- Oversee P&L, Budgets, and reporting for overall Service Department health, reaching or exceeding departmental goals.
- Dispatch coordination accuracy and logistics oversight of all service departments meeting set calls per tech per day.
- Audit completed daily customer billings for accuracy and approval.
- Oversee the communication for status of services to customers and educate on use of Service App.
- Oversee that Customer needs are met timely by establishing Min / Max levels for Department and Trucks.
- Department Fleet health by ensuring weekly inspections are completed and issues addressed.
- Training opportunities for departmental and company growth.
- Seek opportunities to grow employee, customer relationships and overall experience.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer and companies best interest.
- Communication vital to Employee and Customer Relationships.
- Base salary varies with demonstrated experience and accomplishments.
- 15% of base pay pro-rated bonus that begins at 90% of stated goal accomplishments and maxes out at 20% of base pay for exceeding stated goals. 50% of bonus will be based on quantifiable goals and 50% based on qualitative commitments.
