The Store manager must be able to:

This individual is a team leader with exceptional skill sets in hiring, managing and motivating employees. The store manager is a self-starter and one who takes initiative to lead team members, resolve store issues, provide excellent customer service and communicate with staff members, outsides sales representatives, business development team and the company leadership team.

COMPENSATION:

  • Salary Range = $70,000 Base Sales Commissions Performance Bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Leader
  • Store sales
  • Store financial performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and experience
  • Be a contributing member to the Leadership Team
  • Uphold company core values and set example
  • Maintaining a positive work environment and store culture
  • Management of store day to day operations and employees
  • Scheduling of work and follow up of all leads
  • Store daily paperwork and all store communication
  • Quality control of all products, and services including warranty issues
  • Inventory orders, returns and management
  • Adhere to and enforce Company policies and procedures
  • Dealership and retail customer support
  • Growth of dealership and customer business
  • Store meetings & communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) Ex: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3 years of management, service or team leadership experience
  • Clean driving record

Qualifies sales opportunities in terms of customer’s needs, funding, competition, decision-making process and criteria. Executes the mechanics of the sales call including preparation, call openings, listening, probing, closing, and following through. Maintains contact with the power base at all levels of the customer organization during the sales process. Effectively overcomes obstacles to sales success. Accurately forecasts business opportunities, complexities and the resources required. Demonstrates effective presentation skills.
  • Patience- Tolerant with people and processes. Listens and checks before acting. Tries to understand the people and the data before making judgments and acting. Waits for others to catch up before acting. Sensitive to due process and proper pacing. Follows established process.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
